Korbi has been a market standard variety in the traditional Très Fine Maraîère endive type for many years. It is suitable for both the salad mix and fresh market.
This endive has an upright habit and is strong against tip burn.
The characteristically bittersweet leaves provide a high usable volume typically used for salad mixes ,adding colour and dimension.
